This project is in line with the #connect2022 strategy which puts sustainable value creation with its own team first and translates in the office market into a reorientation towards more future‐oriented buildings in cities with a student population.

Kangaroot and Realis both occupy around 560 m² respectively and sign a 6/9 contract. Kangaroot will move in from the end of March 2023 and Realis has been renting since mid‐October 2022. In addition to the classic facilities and services that can also be found in the existing Greenhouse hubs in Berchem, Diegem and Mechelen, such as co‐working, serviced offices and private offices,Greenhouse Collection goes one step further with a smart office environment and a smart meeting centre with extensive, premium‐level services.
